ECbridges will connect to your Trading Partners through our VANS or your existing VANS (Value Added Network) or other communication requirements you may have including direct connect and AS2 (EDI over the Internet).  We will map the data to your requirements for your ERP or Accounting system. This data is then ready for you to pick up through an agreed upon connection between the ECbridges Data Center and you. The ECbridges Data Center

The ECbridges Hosted Data Center is the backbone of Hosted EDI and Hosted Web and is located in Sacramento at a professional data center site. The Data Center was created to manage ECbridges’ hosted products and services.

Communications

The center provides communications to and from subscribers (customers or clients) using secure communication protocols such as:

• Secure FTP(s)
• Email (SMTPS)
• EDI over the internet (AS2, AS3)
• VAN (Value Added Network) services

Functionality

The Data Center facilitates all EDI, XML, and “Electronic Messaging” functionality in a hosted environment including:

Security, Integrity, Privacy, & Protections

The Data Center was designed with technologies to assure privacy of data. It provides top firewall security as well as secondary monitoring to insure the highest level of protection. It provides multiple data transfer methods assuring encryption through the Internet. There are redundant backup systems that provide failover insurance.  Paging routines have been written to monitor internet access and systems functionality.  Backups are completed through disk storage units and tape media. All systems are connected to auxiliary power systems for power outages. All files and logs are backed up and preserved off-site.
